The 5 year Republic Rum by Old Man Guavaberry comes from the Caribbean island St Martin’s Dutch side (Sint Maarten). The Dutch side of the island is known for it’s festive nightlife, beaches, casinos, and drinks made with native rum-based guavaberry liquors. It is a blend of Caribbean rums that are distilled from sugar cane molasses and aged in ex-American oak bourbon barrels for five years. Well rounded flavor with a hint of toasted oak and sweet vanilla notes. Rich and complex, hints of apricot, mango, tangerine and orange peel - perfect for mixing with sodas and tonics, fruits juices or any of your favorite cocktails.
